Our business provides homes for sale, shared ownership and affordable rent, alongside extra care facilities for older people.  We employ over 430 people and have an annual turnover in excess of £64m.

As we embark on our next phase of development, this is an excellent opportunity to champion customer excellence across the Group and provide inspirational strategic leadership to our Customer Services and Housing Management teams amongst others. As a core member of our new and vibrant Executive Team, the role will be critical to the successful running of the Group by helping to deliver transformational change and shaping our exciting future. 

We are looking for an inclusive and motivational leader who will inspire a large directorate to exceed the already high service standards we’ve set ourselves. With an unrelenting focus on continuous improvement and delivering the best possible outcomes for our customers, you’ll be skilled at working effectively at Board level, bringing a track record of building strong relationships with customers, colleagues and external stakeholders alike. With recent experience of improving performance and delivering results in a comparably complex regulated environment, your insight into developing and implementing strategies will be fully utilised as our business drives forward to achieve its goals.
